Influential Belgian designer Raf Simons is one of fashion's most celebrated figures. Non-conformist and subculture influences define his youth-orientated utilitarian vision that stems from his seminal 1997 debut runway show, and its idea of individualism within the confines of uniform. As well as producing his self-titled collections for over 20 years, the designer has also simultaneously held creative director roles at Jil Sander, Dior and currently Calvin Klein.
