Shipment tracking

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, customers will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number.

The shipment can be tracked on the DHL and FedEx websites by entering the tracking number in the relevant tracking section.

Couriers may require a signature upon delivery. If the recipient is not available at the specified address, delivery may be delayed due to a new delivery attempt or the parcel being held at a collection point.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Once the threshold indicated below is reached, Standard shipping is free, unless otherwise specified.
